She intervenes in the negotiation and drafting of French and international agreements, in pre-litigation and litigation, before both judicial courts and arbitral tribunals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">She has an in-depth knowledge of the franchise system, particularly in the fast food sector. Since nearly 20 years, she assists franchisors, master franchisees and franchisees.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Judith deals with a wide range of business disputes in the fields of franchising, disloyal competition practices (termination of established commercial relations, actions in significant imbalance), trademark infringement, unfair competition, debt collection, provisional and enforcement measures, and disputes relating to the enforcement of foreign arbitration awards.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">She also advises foreign individuals, in real estate acquisition in France, together with her network of professionals. Judith is acting as an agent in real estate property transactions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">She holds a Master\u2019s 1 degree in Private law and Judicial careers and a French DEA (Master\u2019s 2 degree) in Private Law. Judith HAROCHE began her career with EVERSHEDS (formerly FRERE CHOLMELEY), before joining WEISSBERG GAETGENS ZIEGENFEUTER.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Judith founded her law firm in Paris in 2013 (<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.linkedin.com\/in\/haroche-avocats-201764184\">Profil Linkedin<\/a>).
